Nisha is a classically trained osteopath, a nutritionist, an accredited yoga teacher and is author of a children’s yoga series.
I came to Auckland at the end of 2016 after working in Public Health and delivering holistic programmes and practices across the life cycle. Working with all age groups and on all levels of the human body from breath work to moving profoundly and using transformative techniques for removing daily constraints and stresses to improve quality of life.
I am passionate about integrating holistic well being, sound osteopathic principles with Ayurveda & Yoga to bring an even distribution of locomotor patterns throughout the body. This fine balance in the physical and emotional body can make a lasting and positive change for optimal outcomes in vitality.
What Do I do?
Holistic health and I do the things that I am most passionate about, that way all the right opportunities, people, places and events come at the right time. I am always improving on what I have to offer.
How do I do it?
I work with the body’s energetic system and physical system to deliver an optimal solution for healthy and active living. I encourage low impact exercise to help improve blood flow to all the muscles, joints and organs of the body. I also create tailor made nutritional programmes based on individual body types and constitutions. I provide tools to assist a home based yoga & meditation programmes for adults and children and I encourage self optimisation with self mastery. I live by trying to be the best I can possibly be.
What is my philosophy?
Health comes first and my aim is to empower everyone to exercise a little every day, rest, meditate and eat healthier to sustain and live better lives that come with good health, love and laughter.
Who is my ideal client
Someone who is always looking to be healthier than they were yesterday. Someone who is working on their personal development and a healthy work life balance every day and wants the help to get there.
Who do i not want to see?
Someone who smokes, doesn’t want to exercise and wants to eat processed foods all the time. I believe good whole food ingredients and natural food is nature’s medicine and I will seek health solutions for myself and the people I love.
