1 – Test & Measure
Our Wellbeing Specialist will asses your health using our advanced Cell Wellbeing™ Hair Analysis technology, which scans your epigenetics for 800 different environmental factors, and provides you a simple-to-read colour coded report, with personalised priorities. We correlate this with your questionnaire to ensure accuracy.
2 – Referrals
Your report includes nutritional advice, with a recommendations of foods or supplements, and provides a range of options to start your programme. How we proceed will depend on your existing health status, time-availability, age, personality, and budget. You will be referred to our Wellbeing Coach or Specialists, who will guide you through your programme in achievable steps. These cater for your Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual wellbeing.
3 – Supporting Technology
We have a wide range of cutting-edge technology to both assess and help improve your wellbeing.
This includes Oxygen and Ozone treatments, as well as systems providing Stress Relief and Immunity benefits, Weight Management, Pain and Mobility benefits and to help relieve Sleep Deprivation, Depression and Anxiety.
4 – Review
At all stages we are checking with you that your progress is acceptable and periodically we will reassess your wellbeing status with our assessment technology to upgrade your nutrition and further programmes.
Nutrition and Diet are linked to nearly all health conditions in some way, and by changing dietary habits you can significantly improve your health, wellbeing and quality of life. We research and stock the highest quality supplements in the industry, including many practitioner-only products. We look for products that are evidence-based, that are pure and without unnecessary fillers, and that are formulated for optimum absorption into the body.
Our supplementation recommendations are based on your particular needs, on evidence provided by manufacturers and independent research, and on the results we have achieved.

Our programmes will often include some exercise programmes and recommendations, with Wellness Coach Mallory Peterson, who has a background as a personal trainer and kinesiologist. Evidence shows that regular movement enhances health in many ways, including improving metabolism, reducing inflammation and pain, boosting immunity, and improving wellbeing.
We recommend gentle and moderate forms of exercise for most people, such as walking, Yoga, Tai Qi, or Qi Gong.
Relaxation and Meditation
The American Institute Stress estimates that at least 60% of disease is caused by stress. Many other organisations are recognising the impact of stress on inflammations, heart disease, stroke and many other serious illnesses.
At Global Health Clinics, our programmes emphasise the importance of managing stress through planned relaxation and meditation. Relaxation can be in the form of walking on the beach, massage, Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation), breath awareness, or simple meditation.
