We are all in need of good news,so let’s firstly look at how to improve our wellbeing for the challenges we all face in this 21 century.

We want to give you this good news, so you can learn to be masters of your own wellbeing. Also, to remind you how important proactive wellbeing is to both you as the individual, and our society which has gone into massive overload recently.

Wellbeing or living our optimal life, occurs most easily by understanding the true empowerment of epigenetics. Epigenetics in plain language is the wide range of environmental influences that affect our genes, from the visible and easier to understand, to the invisible or more lifestyle and attitude-based issues.

Life is most importantly about how healthy and resilient we are, and our quality of life, rather than just how long we live or how much money we have. Far too many people are not living the life they desire, and they are dependent on their family, their friends, or their Government for health care. The Government has gone into complete overload, so we are wise to be very practical with our own needs.

Most of us are in need of some help to manage stress or anxiety, especially after years of media bombardment, which have led to a range of societal and family anxieties as well as the disease of “Covid” related fatigue and burnout, or “long covid” as it is now called.

The good news is when we learn to become masters of our own wellbeing, and learn to build a stronger resilience into our own lifestyle despite our genes or our background, life improves.

We do NOT need to be victims of our genes, of disease or of life in general, as good friend to the clinic Dr Bruce Lipton PhD, the eminent stem cell biologist, and Epigenetics pioneer has consistently reminded us.

Bruce’s books, his social media discussions and his public talks, as well as our Global Health Show TV series online, Watch the Global Health TV Show which features him in 10 episodes, all discuss practical options we can all follow to become more healthy and strong.

Our real goal in life is usually to live a good life, in a healthy community, in a healthy world.

But we know our community, our health system and most of the people in our world are struggling, so we ourselves inevitably compensate for this stress much more than we would like.

We must figure out for ourselves how to succeed when the medical system is so heavily overloaded, as it operates as an ambulance at the bottom of the cliff!

That’s where we can help with our decades of practical experience of epigenetics and the various forms of stress management that we offer.

Bruce Lipton has provided the science of epigenetics in clear and simple terms, which helps us all understand why we want to make better conscious choices and empower ourself. We as the professionals can help you reach these goals.

When we learn and understand that a legitimate health science truly exists, that is designed to help give us personal power over our wellbeing, we can work towards practically achieving this.

If we can manage stress well, we can manage dis-ease well, which is why we focus so much attention on your adrenal health, and the key nutrients to help you manage stress, as well as on mindfulness techniques with gut, heart, brain and hormone integration. These along with building stronger natural immunity, better digestive health and healthier circulation are the main keys to wellbeing.

For thousands of years, humans have known the importance of positive psychology to wellbeing, but we couldn’t clearly demonstrate how this directly affected our cells, until Bruce Lipton’s research with the electron microscope using stem cells. He looked in close detail into the actual growth and behaviour of individual cells, grown from a single stem cell and measured the environmental influences, with and without a nucleus which contains most of the actual cellular DNA.

This research has helped to put a lot more power back into the hands of you the individual, as you can determine your own environment by improving your diet, lifestyle and relationships which positively affects your genetic expression.

Sadly, most health practitioners are still not adequately educated in this specialised field of epigenetics, and they still focus mostly on the influence of genetics (which often leads to victim hood and blaming the genes) rather than the environmental triggers which directly affect your genes, and your personal empowerment.

Bruce and I have been friends for many years, and my focus at the clinic, and planning how the clinic has evolved, has been largely based on this Epigenetics and Stem Cell research Bruce did back in the 1960s and 1970s in prominent USA universities.

Using electron microscopes, he was able to clearly determine the environment was the prime cause of up to 98% of disease. Stress is a major environmental factor contributing to about 80% of disease cases, so common sense suggests focus on stress management, which is why this is our main focus at Global Health.

We humans have such a wide range of incredible resources available to us, with the tools available to firstly survive under modern life stress, and then to thrive in this busy and rapidly changeable world.

Our challenge is how do we implement this knowledge, and how do we as individuals continue to forge ahead, to become the best version of ourselves both physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually?

Having faced many of my own personal life challenges in raising a large family, and including a variety of serious health crises, I’ve spent 6 decades piecing together some of the best tools for optimal wellbeing, combining the best of ancient knowledge with some incredible modern science.

I always try to make some time and create space for maintaining my own wellbeing, as being well is not an accident but a cause and affect process. And even though we are all born with the most amazing biological faculties most people do not feel empowered or vitalised.

The airlines say, ‘put your own life jacket on first’, and you can apply this to yourself to ensure you are sufficiently focused on your own wellbeing first, to be more able to help others. Then we are more potent in our approach to life and our contribution can be much more significant.

My own priorities have changed a lot as I’ve learned and gained more experience in wellbeing, and I am passionate about helping other people achieve their highest goals, in the most simple and affordable way possible. When we deal with the root causes of wellbeing, and the root causes of disease, we can formulate simple plans and personalised programs.

As the range of information and quantum technology improves, so do we as individuals grow, and as a clinic at Global Health we continue to offer what is best practice and keep evolving to help make your life better despite these challenges in modern life.
