The Earthing™ Universal Mat can be used on top of a desk under your keyboard and mouse with your hands resting anywhere on the mat or under your desk with bare feet resting on the mat while working on a computer. The mat is very universal to use around the house while watching TV, playing electronic games, or anywhere you sit, stand, relax or lay. Also great for therapists to use a Massage Mat. The mats can be used with cotton socks or stockings as well as placed under a cotton sheet while sleeping. The mats are made from eco-friendly and non-toxic materials to provide you with a premium quality grounding product. The Mat measures 32cm x 99cm and can be cut down to a smaller size if required.
As with all Earthing products the Earthing Mat connects to the earth with a grounding cord and plug into your power outlet. Alternatively, you can connect with a ground rod and cord.
When working in an office environment we are often surrounded by very high electrical fields from sources such as computers, printers, photocopiers, etc., which some people are sensitive to and may become tired, experience sore eyes, fatigued and lose focus.
