The first step to reduce stress – take action

A small group of practitioners are holding a one day workshop at the Taitamariki Hall in Takapuna on Saturday November 23rd.  This is a practical workshop using evidence-based tools that are being practised in health centres and corporate environments worldwide.

We will look at:

The three stages for managing stress – before, after and during the “stressful” event.

What you can do to avoid stress, by planning, taking care of your working environment, and “parking on a downhill slope” before any project. You can read more here
